At the Prose S2C facility, we initiated operational enhancements. We performed an in-depth assessment of production bottlenecks, pinpointed areas of inefficiency, and proposed specific enhancements. Our strategy involved a gradual implementation plan that encompassed streamlining packaging processes, bolstering workforce numbers, and minimizing wait times in crucial phases. To ensure the sustainability of these enhancements, we introduced control-chart analysis for monitoring worker availability and productivity.

Elected as President in NYU's Graduate Student Council Election, securing the trust of over 5,000 students. Served as a liaison between school executives and students, fostering collaboration and implementing solutions, all while organising numerous workshops and events to enrich the student experience at NYU.
